Now it’s cold...best comfort food spot in the capital - S&M Cafe, Spitalfields
Now, I know that not everyone is based down here in the Big Smoke, but I have discovered a real corker for those of you who are, or who might be down here some time in the future: S&M Café in Spitalfields.It’s not as kinky as it sounds; in fact, it’s distinctly wholesome, with a menu full of freshly-squeezed orange juice, bangers and mash and lovely cream Hot Chocolate. A definite one to stop at especially if you’re a stickler for Fairtrade, Gluten-Free, British Comfort Food. Yummy and saintly; could you as for more?
Oh, one more thing: it’s just opposite the incredible Spitalfields Market, making it a great post-splurge stop off point and fantastic for people-watching. Enjoy!
